Returns

In Averna Skin we have the mission of doing good. Therefore, if you have any problem with your order, you can return the products you want within 30 calendar days after delivery.

If the reason for return is that you have changed your mind about your order. No problem!

To return the products you want only to stay in the same state in which you received them; without opening and with the original packaging and box. In the event that it is a kit, it cannot be divided, so you need to return the complete pack. If for the purchase you have obtained a gift product you must return it so that it is not discounted from the final amount.  And you must take care of the shipping costs that can derive from the return. Once we receive the products back, we will verify that everything is correct and will contact you to warn you that we manage the reimbursement. In this case Averna Skin will reimburse the amount of the product received, but not the expenses of sending the original order. The payment of the amount will be made through the same payment medium used in the order (PayPal or Stripe-Tarjeta or bank transfer).

Write us to avernaskin@gmail.com with the request data and explaining the reason for the return and we will send you an email explaining the procedure to follow.

 

What if I Receive a Defective Product or That does not Match what I Bought?

In that case, we will take care of the entire process in a simple way and without any cost for you. You will only have to contact avernaskin@gmail.com with the order data and indicating the defective or incorrect references (if necessary you can attach a photo) and we can work to solve it as soon as possible.

Any claim for damage to the merchandise will have to be put in our knowledge within 24 hours following the receipt of the shipment, in order to proceed to the corresponding claim to the carrier.
