All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Averna is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Averna is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received

If your package is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. Our team can assist you with the claims process if necessary.
